Non-Metallic Gaskets
Versatile and durable non-metallic gaskets for various industrial uses.

NON ASBESTOS
These joint sheets are made of a homogeneous high quality mixture of mineral or synthetic fibers and a combination of elastomers. They are obtained by a hot calendering process according to rigorous quality control standards. Due to their moderate costs coupled with good performance, these materials are commonly used to make industrial gaskets. They cover a wide range of applications. We can produce, on request, flat gaskets for flanges cut out in all shapes and sizes according to normalized or special standards according to plans.

EXPANDED PTFE (ePTFE) GASKETS
These joint sheets are made of a homogeneous high quality mixture of mineral or synthetic fibers and a combination of elastomers. They are obtained by a hot calendering process according to rigorous quality control standards. Due to their moderate costs coupled with good performance, these materials are commonly used to make industrial gaskets. They cover a wide range of applications.
Main characteristics
- Resistance to all chemical fluids (Exception of alkali metals in molten state, Fluorinated hydrocarbons, Halogens at high temperature and pressure)
- Very high adaptability to flange surfaces
- Wide range of operating temperatures and pressures
- High resistance to clamping forces
- Very large clamping range, tight with little effort (TEADIT® 28LS-LE)
- Low creep & relaxation at cold and temperature
- We can produce, on request, flat gaskets for flanges cut out in all shapes and sizes
- According to normalized or special standards according to plans.

STRUCTURED PTFE
To obtain this new generation of PTFE, our partner TEADIT® has developed a unique manufacturing process to obtain a high level of fibrillation. This fibrillar restructuring makes it possible to very significantly improve the mechanical characteristics of PTFE, compared to conventional implementation methods (molding or molding/unrolling). In particular, cold and hot creep and relaxation phenomena are greatly reduced, thus limiting the tightening losses observed on other types of PTFE. These products are ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical and food applications and processes. Due to their moderate costs coupled with good performance, these materials are commonly used to make industrial gaskets. They cover a wide range of applications. We can produce, on request, flat gaskets for flanges cut out in all shapes and sizes according to normalized or special standards according to plans.
Main characteristics
- Resistance to virtually all chemical fluids (see technical data sheets)
- Sealing achieved with little effort (low seat pressure)
- Wide range of operating temperatures and pressures
- Low creep & relaxation at cold and temperature
- High adaptability to flange surfaces (TEADIT® TF 1570)
- We can produce, on request, flat gaskets for flanges cut out in all shapes and sizes according to normalized or special standards acc

RUBBER GASKET
In order to meet the most common applications, we have selected an industrial range of quality elastomer sheets from the TRELLEBORG® brand:
- Styrene butadiene (SBR)
- Natural (NR)
- Polychloroprene (CR)
- Nitrile (NBR)
- Silicone (VMQ)
- Fluorocarbon (FKM)
For your most demanding applications, we offer specific elastomer compounds adapted to your needs: chemical resistance, resistance to high or low temperatures, specific approvals, improved mechanical resistance, resistance to abrasion, etc. From these materials, we can make all types of standard cut joints or according to plans. In addition to sheets and flat seals, we are able to offer you a wide variety of flexible elastomer sealing solutions: O-rings, molded parts, ropes, extruded profiles, inflatable seals and sleeves to cover all your needs or requirements.

HPTFE GASKET
TPTFE, PTFE compunds and expanded PTFE are compound products which offer good mechanical, electrical and thermal properties as well as chemical resistance, a low friction coefficient and good resistance to wear. Properties / Applications All PTFE gaskets have excellent chemical resistance. Modified and expanded PTFE also have improved cold flow and creep resistance.

METAL EYELET GASKET
Gaskets with metal inner eyelet offer special protection against blowout where sealing critical or dangerous substances. The austenitic stainless steel inner eyelet offers excellent protection for the soft gasket material against erosion and corrosion, while it also prevents contamination towards the medium within the pipeline.

PTFE ENVELOPED GASKET
PTFE enveloped gaskets have a PTFE envelope open on one side, usually on the outside. Thanks to their high chemical stability, good mechanical properties and permanent resistance to the atmosphere (humidity, gas and temperature changes) they are suitable for use with various substances, particularly aggressive chemicals. Properties / Applications Products are made from PTFE.
